Police Seek ‘Marlboro Bandit’ - Around 10:30am on Wednesday, August 28th police officers responded to a report of an unknown male stealing two cartons of Marlboro cigarettes from Onion Jack’s Trading Post on Front Street in the City of Hamilton.
The suspect appeared to be in his late 20s or early 30s and is further described as brown complexioned with no facial hair, tall of slim build wearing a white T-shirt, light coloured long pants, a helmet and sunglasses.

The Bermuda Police Service is noticing a persistent rise in commercial burglaries around the island as there were 3 in a 24 hour period, (properties on Laffan Street, Lover’s Lane in Paget and Parliament Street). Active inquires into all these incidents are underway with officers from Central CIU are appealing to anyone that can assist us with these commercial burglaries to contact, Acting Inspector Burns on 295-0011.
