At last check the 39 year old St. George’s man injured in a single vehicle motorcycle collision that occurred around 8:40pm Tuesday, January 14th on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish was being treated at the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.

First responders attended a report of a single vehicle collision that took place on Tuesday evening at 8:40pm on North Shore Road 300 meters east of the Aquarium.
It appears that a 39 year old St George's man was traveling on that said road when he lost control of his motorcycle and hit a wall. The man was taken to the hospital where his injuries do not appear to be life threatening. Traffic Collision Investigators were called out and this caused that stretch of road to be blocked off as traffic was diverted to alternative routes.
Around 11:50pm on Monday, January 13th first responders were dispatched to a reported single vehicle motorcycle collision on North Shore Road in Smith’s parish near the junction with Jennings Road.
It appears that the motorcycle was being ridden along North Shore Road when it collided with a wall. The rider, a 50 year old St. George’s man, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. At last check he was to be admitted for further medical assessment.
Over the weekend, police officers arrested three people on suspicion of impaired driving as the Selective Traffic Enforcement Programme (STEP) continues.
Officers also arrested nine people for outstanding warrants and conducted liquor license checks at various liquor licensed premises throughout the island.
The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 10 year old Tiffanelle Pitcher-Francis.
Tiffanelle was seriously injured around 6:15pm Saturday, January 11th when the pedal cycle she was riding along Tribe Road Number 1 in Southampton apparently collided with a fixed footpath barrier.
EMTs immediately attended to the unresponsive 10 year old girl at the scene. Life saving efforts continued as she was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance; however Tiffanelle was later pronounced dead by an on call doctor at 6:45pm Saturday.
Around 6:15pm on Saturday, January 11th first responders were dispatched to a reported serious collision in the Camp Hill Southampton area, near Tribe Road Number 1.
It appears that a ten year old girl riding a pedal cycle collided with a pole. She was seriously injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance where she later succumbed to her injuries. No further information will be given until the next of kin have been notified.
At 11:05am on Friday morning police responded to a report of an assault that took place at the junction of Frog Lane and Palmetto Road in Devonshire.
It appears that a 19 year old man was set upon by three males. One of the males brandished what is believed to be a bladed article and cut the victim on his hand. It should be noted that the injury does not appear to be serious.
The Bermuda Police Service is actively attempting to locate Mr. Shantoine Prinston Burrows. Mr. Burrows has breached his court ordered bail conditions.

At last check the 19 year old male motorcyclist from Smith’s parish injured in a three vehicle collision that occurred around 3pm Monday, January 6th on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish was apparently being treated for non-life threatening injuries at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
The other motorcyclist injured in the collision, an 18 year old Hamilton parish man, was apparently treated and later discharged.
Around 3pm on Monday, January 6th first responders were dispatched to a report of a collision that took place on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish in the vicinity of the Aquarium.
It appears that a car and two motorcycles collided resulting in the riders, a 19 year old man and an 18 year old man, being taken to hospital via ambulance with unspecified injuries at this time.
