At 5pm on Monday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a St. David’s Road, St. George’s residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 9am and 4:55pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home. The culprit stole a pair of diamond earrings. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
Between 9pm on Friday, June 24 and 4:30am on Saturday, June 25, 2005 the Police Support Unit (PSU) attended areas in the City of Hamilton, Hamilton parish, Pembroke, Paget, Warwick and Southampton. The officers also monitored liquor licensed premises and their patrons.
At 8:10 this morning, Police received a report of a theft from an unattended vehicle on Footbridge Lane in Pembroke. The complainant stated that sometime between 8:30pm on Saturday and 7:30am today, an unknown culprit gained entry into his van, which was parked outside his Footbridge Lane residence. The culprit stole a chipping hammer, a briefcase, $40 in cash and personal items.

At 6:25pm on Thursday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Pleasantville Lane, Sandy’s parish residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 12 noon and 2pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home. The culprit stole U.S. $750 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 13 month old Christopher Jack Silvester Jr.
At 12:45 this morning, Police attended a reported assault on Court Street in Pembroke. The victim, a 35 year old Paget man, stated that around 12:30am he was standing outside Swinging Doors nightclub when he was approached by a man known to him.
At 8:45pm on Monday, Police received a report of impaired driving on Middle Road in Devonshire. Police on mobile patrol subsequently observed a vehicle traveling east on Middle Road near the junction with Chaingate Hill driving in an erratic manner.
In the early hours of Saturday, June 18, 2005 Police received a report of a serious sexual assault. It appears that around 3am that morning, a 24 year old white female Bermuda resident was on Bermudiana Road in Pembroke and got into a car, which left the area heading in a westerly direction.
At 6:05 this morning, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at Vibe on Burnaby Street in the City of Hamilton. Around 6am a member of the public called Police after observing a man dressed in dark clothing enter the store and then exit with shopping bags and a knapsack.
