Breaking & Entering

At 2:55 this morning, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Seabright Avenue, Paget residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that around 2:30am they were awoken by a loud noise inside the house. When they went to investigate, they discovered that an unknown culprit had gained entry and stolen a red straw ladies bag, a black purse, $200 in cash and a Suzuki motorcycle, license #K963. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Injury RTC

At 5:50pm on Monday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury at the junction of Harbour Road and Pomander Road in Paget, involving a car and a motorcycle. It appears that the motorcycle was traveling east on Harbour Road and the car was attempting to exit a driveway when the vehicles collided. The rider of the motorcycle, a 25 year old Devonshire man, was knocked off the cycle but sustained minor injuries. He was treated at KEMH for abrasions to his left knee, hip and hand and released. The driver of the car, a 60 year old Hamilton parish woman, was not injured. Both vehicles received minor damage. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
