Injury RTC

Around 4:45pm on Monday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on Middle Road in Warwick, near the junction with Longford Road involving two motorcycles. It appears that both motorcycles were traveling west on Middle Road when the motorcycle in front made a u-turn and they collided. The rider of the motorcycle in front, a 72 year old Paget man, sustained a broken right leg. The rider of the other motorcycle, a 51 year old Warwick man, was not injured.

Breaking & Entering

Around 9:10am on Monday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Harbour Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that sometime between 2:30am and 8am that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into their home. The culprit stole $150 in cash and $4 worth of coins. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Arrest

At 4:30pm on Monday, a 41 year old Devonshire man was arrested in connection with the incident that occurred at the Hamilton Marketplace around 4:55pm on Saturday.
