At 7:10pm on Thursday, Police attended a reported single vehicle road traffic collision resulting in injury on Crow Lane in Pembroke. It appears that a motorcycle was traveling west on Crow Lane when the rider, a 37 year old Sandy's parish man lost control, clipped the sidewalk and collided with a tree. The Sandy's parish man sustained facial injuries and was taken to KEMH for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening. The motorcycle received minor damage. Traffic traveling out of the City of Hamilton on Crow Lane was diverted up Lane Hill for approximately half an hour following the collision.

Breaking & Entering

At 7:15 this morning, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at Henry VIII Restaurant on South Road in Southampton. On arrival officers spoke with an employee of the restaurant who stated that sometime between 12:30am and 6:30am today, an unknown culprit gained entry into the premises. The culprit stole five and a half boxes of whole lobster and five boxes of lobster tail. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
