Vehicle Fire

Around 12:35 this morning, Police attended a reported vehicle fire at Bermuda Bell Diving on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish. On arrival officers observed two motorcycles engulfed in flames. The Bermuda Fire Service also attended and extinguished the fire which damaged both cycles. The cause of the fire is under investigation and inquiries into this incident are underway.
Theft
At 4pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported theft from Gorham's Ltd. on St. John's Road in Pembroke. On arrival officers spoke with the security manager who stated that around 2:45pm a man entered the store and stole a 'Master Mechanic' 5 piece cordless power tool set. The suspect then exited the store and made good his escape on a green & silver scooter type motorcycle. The suspect is described as a black male of slim build, wearing a blue & silver jacket, blue jeans, white sneakers and a black helmet. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
