Hurricane Rafael Recap - The Bermuda Police Service can confirm that there were no reports of any significant storm related incidents involving property damage or injury overnight and would like to thank the public for their cooperation in heeding relevant weather advisories.
Impaired Driving
Around 3:30am on Tuesday, October 16th police officers were conducting traffic checks at the junction of Middle Road and Tamarind Vale in Warwick when they had cause to stop a motorcyclist traveling through the area. The rider, a 48 year old Pembroke man, appeared to be intoxicated and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. He later failed the alco-analyser test. As a result, a court appearance is anticipated in due course.
