Collision in Devonshire - Around 8pm on Tuesday, October 2nd police and first responders attended a reported collision on Middle Road in Devonshire near the junction with Garthowen Road. Details are unclear at this time; however it appears that a motorcycle was being ridden along Middle Road when a collision occurred with a male pedestrian, who seemed to be disoriented.
As a result the motorcycle rider and pillion passenger, a 72 year old Paget man and an 82 year old Devonshire woman respectively as well as the pedestrian, a 72 year old Southampton man, were injured. Inquiries into this incident are ongoing and any witnesses are encouraged to contact PC Shem Obeius on 295-0011.
