July 15 - Weekend Report

Reported Serious Collision in Southampton - Around 3:20pm on Sunday, July 15th police and first responders attended a reported serious collision on Middle Road in Southampton near the junction with Lukes Pond Road. It appears that a pedal cycle, a motorcycle and a SUV were traveling along Middle Road when they collided. As a result the pedal cyclist, a 13 year old boy, was injured. The victim was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment; however the extent of his injuries is unknown at this time. The two men in their 20s on the motorcycle received minor injuries. Traffic was diverted away from the scene; however that section of road was later re-opened. Reported Serious Collision in Devonshire

Around 3:10pm on Friday, July 13th police and first responders attended a reported serious collision on Middle Road in Devonshire near the junction with Christ Church Lane. It appears that a motorcycle and a truck collided; as a result the rider, believed to be an 18 year old Southampton man, sustained a reportedly serious leg injury. There were no other injuries reported. Traffic was diverted away from the scene; however that section of road was later re-opened. Medical Emergency

Around 4:20pm on Friday, July 13th police and first responders attended a reported medical emergency in the Dock Hill, Devonshire area. It appears that a man fell off a wall and was injured as a result. The victim, a 42 year old Pembroke man, was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment and later released.

Victim Recovering From Reported Serious Collision in Warwick

The 56 year old Sandys parish man injured in a reported serious single vehicle motorcycle collision on Middle Road in Warwick near the junction with Longford Road around 8:45pm on Wednesday, July 11th has been transferred to a general ward and at last check was in stable condition. Inquiries are ongoing.
