Reported Serious Collision in Warwick

Around 8:45pm on Wednesday, July 11th police and first responders attended a reported serious single vehicle collision on Middle Road in Warwick near the junction with Longford Road. It appears that a motorcyclist was traveling along Middle Road and collided into a roadside embankment. The rider, believed to be a 56 year old Sandys parish man, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. The extent of the victim’s injuries is unknown at this time; however they are thought to be serious.
