Collision - Around 10am on Monday April 30th, police and first responders attended a single vehicle collision on South Road near the junction with Dolphin Ridge in Southampton. It appears that a car was travelling along South Road when it collided with a wall. The driver, a 31 year old Paget woman was conveyed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance. The car received extensive front-end damage. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
Update – Collisions
Around 6:10pm on Sunday, April 29th police and first responders attended a reported collision on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish near the junction with Fractious Street involving a car and a motorcycle. It appears that both vehicles were traveling along North Shore Road when they collided. The motorcycle rider, a 27 year old Pembroke man, received a leg injury and was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. At last check, he was in stable condition on a general ward. Inquiries into this incident are ongoing.
The 60 year old St. George’s man injured in a single vehicle collision around 2:30am Sunday, April 29th in the vicinity of the round-a-bout at the junction of North Shore Road and Palmetto Road in Pembroke remains in the Intensive Care Unit in stable condition at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
