Disturbance

Around 7:40pm on Thursday, Police attended a reported disturbance on Curving Avenue in Pembroke. Several Police units attended and conducted a search of the area; however, there was no sign of any disturbance. The officers then attended a reported disturbance on Fentons Drive and observed several individuals involved in a physical altercation. On seeing Police, the individuals made good their escape on foot. Afterwards, Police stayed in the vicinity carrying out routine patrols; however, there were no further disturbances reported in the area.
Theft
Around 10:40am on Thursday, Police attended a reported theft at a Radnor Road, Hamilton parish residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime earlier in the week an unknown culprit or culprits removed three palm trees from the property. The palm trees were being grown in plastic pots, which were left in the yard. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
