Missing Persons

The Bermuda Police Service is continuing to ask for the public's assistance in locating 24 year old Khalil Ishmail Roberts. He was last seen in Devonshire around 1:45pm on Friday, September 22. He is described as light brown skinned, 5'11" tall weighing approximately 190 pounds and was wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of 24 year old Khalil Ishmail Roberts is asked to contact the Juvenile & Domestic Crime Unit on 299-4477.

The Bermuda Police Service is also asking for the public's assistance in locating 19 year old Tashae Bean of Southampton. She was last heard from around 12:10pm on Monday and is described as light skinned, approximately 5'8" tall of slim build. It is not known what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance. Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of 19 year old Tashae Bean is asked to contact the Juvenile & Domestic Crime Unit on 299-4477 or the main Police number on 295-0011.

Burglary

Around 1pm on Monday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Tankfield Lane, Paget residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that sometime between 9pm on Wednesday, September 20 and 9:30am on Saturday, September 23, 2006 an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into a tool shed on the property. The culprit(s) stole a red Porter Cable 6500 generator. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 9:40am on Monday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Union Street, Pembroke residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 12 noon on Sunday and 8:45am on Monday, an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into the home, which is under renovation. The culprit(s) stole a yellow & black gas operated extension chainsaw, a red & black generator, a red & black bolt cutter, a blue & white cooler containing beer, a black & green Makita chipping hammer, a water pump and a blue & white remote control racing car with charger and remote control. A 47 year old man, reportedly of no fixed abode, was subsequently arrested in connection with this incident. Inquiries are ongoing.
