Robbery

Around 2:10am on Sunday, Police attended a reported robbery on Parsons Road in Pembroke. On arrival officers spoke with the victims, a 16 year old young man from St. George's and a 17 year old young man from St. George's. They stated that around 2am they were sitting on their auxiliary cycles outside the Parsons Road Laundry when four men approached them. One of the men attacked the 16 year old St. George's youth with a piece of iron rod, striking him in the side, causing him to fall to the ground. The assailant then hit the 16 year old in the head as he attempted to get up, causing a minor laceration. The two victims then managed to flee the scene on foot and the four suspects got on the victims' cycles and left the area. The 16 year old St. George's youth was subsequently treated at KEMH and released. The suspects are described as four black young men, 16 - 20 years old of medium build. The stolen auxiliary cycles are an orange Yamaha V50 license plate # 126 AH and an orange Yamaha V50 license plate # 413 AH, which has a lot of chrome parts. Inquiries into this incident are underway. Police are appealing for witnesses to this incident to contact the Hamilton Criminal Investigation Unit on 295-0011.

Missing Person

The Bermuda Police Service is continuing to ask for the public's assistance in locating 24 year old Khalil Ishmail Roberts. He was last seen in Devonshire around 1:45pm on Friday, September 22. He is described as light brown skinned, 5'11" tall weighing approximately 190 pounds and was wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of 24 year old Khalil Ishmail Roberts is asked to contact the Juvenile & Domestic Crime Unit on 299-4477.

Missing Person - Found

The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating 35 year old Rory Trevor Johns. He returned to his Pembroke residence safe and well at 1pm on Sunday.

Weekend Activity

Over the weekend there were 8 people arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and 6 reported burglaries. There were also 14 reported damage only road traffic collisions and 13 reported road traffic collisions resulting in injury.
