Around 6:15pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury at the junction of Brighton Hill Road and Watlington Road East in Devonshire involving a truck, a car and a motorcycle. It appears that the truck was traveling west on Watlington Road East when it entered into Brighton Hill Road and collided with the motorcycle, which was traveling north on Brighton Hill Road. The impact of the motorcycle striking the front of the truck then caused the motorcycle to collide with the car, which was stationary at the stop sign at the junction of Brighton Hill Road and Watlington Road East. All three vehicles received moderate damage. The rider of the motorcycle, a 57 year old Devonshire man, was taken to KEMH for treatment of a fractured right knee. His injuries are not life threatening. The drivers of the car and truck were not injured. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
