Burglary

At 10:10pm on Saturday, Police attended a reported burglary at a South Road, Paget residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that around 9:25pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home and stole the complainant’s brown handbag from the kitchen while she was in another part of the house. The handbag was later recovered outside the home minus the $400 in cash it contained. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
At 5:20pm on Saturday, Police attended a reported burglary at a North Shore Road, Pembroke business. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 5pm on Friday and 2pm on Saturday, an unknown culprit gained entry into the store. The culprit stole computer equipment, clothing and assorted bottles of liquor. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
