Burglary

At 10:05am on Wednesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Warwick guest property. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who are visitors to the island. The couple stated that sometime between 12 midnight and 8:30am that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into their room. The culprit stole U.S. $900 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 9:15am on Wednesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Longford Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that sometime earlier that morning, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home. The culprit stole two laptop computers and a cellular phone. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Recovered Items

On Thursday November 9, 2006 a search warrant was executed at a residence in the western parishes and several items suspected of being stolen were seized.

  • A red & black Porter Cable 5250 generator
  • A red & black Troy Bilt 5550 generator
  • A grey & black Skil cordless power drill
  • Four cases of Camelot wine (assorted)
  • One case of Guinness
  • Heineken beers
  • A Sharp Aquos 15" flat screen TV
