Burglary

Around 9:30pm on Friday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Simons Drive, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that she arrived home around 9pm that day to find an unknown man inside her home. She immediately ran outside and called Police on her cellular phone while the startled intruder made good his escape on foot. The suspect is described as a light skinned man, approximately 6’ tall wearing a green jacket and a cream coloured baseball hat. Nothing was reported stolen from the residence. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 4:50pm on Friday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Banana Lane, Warwick residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 6:30am and 3:30pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a black safe containing two men’s watches, a quantity of jewelry and personal items. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
