Burglary - Around 7:45am today, Police received a report of a burglary on Hinson’s Island. The complainant stated that sometime between 8pm on Thursday and 6am on Friday, an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into the home. The culprit(s) stole a silver Mac laptop computer, a 52” Samsung flat screen TV and a Dish Network satellite receiver. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

The Bermuda Police Service will hold a press conference next week to address road traffic collisions involving Police vehicles. A time for the press conference will be announced in due course. However, the public should be assured that all Police collisions are thoroughly investigated.

Recovered TWOC

Around 5:20pm on Thursday, Police attended Palmetto Road in Devonshire and located a white ‘Department of Airport Operations’ van license # L 2427 parked unattended in the area. The vehicle was reported stolen earlier that day. The van was impounded by Police. Inquiries are ongoing.
