Injury RTC - Around 3:05pm on Sunday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish near the junction with Winton Hill Lane involving two cars. It appears that one car was traveling west on North Shore Road and the other car was traveling in the opposite direction when the vehicles collided. Both vehicles were extensively damaged. The driver of the westbound car, a 46 year old Smith’s parish man, was not injured while the driver of the eastbound car, a 52 year old St. George’s woman, complained of tightness in her chest and back. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Disturbance

Around 2pm on Sunday, Police received a report of a disturbance at the St. David’s Cricket Club. Details about what occurred are unclear at the moment; however, a 29 year old Hamilton parish man and a 28 year old St. George’s man were arrested in connection with this incident. Inquiries are underway.

Weekend Activity

Over the weekend no one was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. However, there were 7 reported burglaries, 14 reported damage only road traffic collisions, 9 reported road traffic collisions resulting in injury and 10 vehicles reported taken without their owners’ consent.
