Witness Appeal - Fatal RTC

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the fatal road traffic collision that claimed the life of 29 year old Aaron Pace around 9:50am Friday, December 29, 2006 on South Road in Devonshire. We are particularly interested in speaking with an individual who stopped to offer assistance shortly after the collision occurred. He is described as a white man, clean cut with short hair and a square face. He is believed to be 35 – 40 years old and was traveling west on South Road. Burglary

Around 1:25 this morning, Police attended a reported burglary at a Dolly’s Bay Lane, St. George’s residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that sometime between 10:40pm on Sunday and 12:35am today, an unknown culprit gained entry into their home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a box containing foreign coins, $570 in cash and three PlayStation 2 controllers. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 7:30pm on Sunday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Southampton guest property. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants, who are visitors to the island. The couple stated that earlier an unknown individual had gained entry into their room while they were in the bathroom getting ready for dinner. The culprit stole $440 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
