Injury RTC - At 12:10am today, Police attended a reported single vehicle road traffic collision resulting in injury on St. David’s Road in St. George’s, near the junction with Jacobs Point Road. It appears that a car was traveling west on St. David’s Road when the driver, a 24 year old Hamilton parish woman, lost control and collided with an embankment. Both the driver and her front seat passenger, a 27 year old Southampton woman, were injured and taken to KEMH via ambulance for treatment. The car received extensive front end damage. The driver was subsequently arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 2:10pm on Thursday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on Middle Road in Smith’s parish near the junction with Clarendon Road involving a motorcycle and a car. It appears that the car was exiting Flatts Post Office traveling west on Middle Road and the motorcycle was traveling in the opposite direction when the vehicles collided. The rider of the motorcycle, a 40 year old Hamilton parish man, sustained lacerations to his arms and complained of back pain. He was taken to KEMH via ambulance for treatment. The driver of the car, a 47 year old Pembroke woman, was not injured. The motorcycle was extensively damaged while the car received moderate damage. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Burglary

Around 2pm on Thursday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Longford Road, Warwick residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 8:15am and 2pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of cash and jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Missing Juvenile – Troylene Anderson

Around 9am Friday, June 12th there was a reported sighting of ‘missing juvenile’ 16 year old Troylene Anderson at the bus terminal in the City of Hamilton. She was described as wearing a dark coloured short sleeved top, black Capri pants and sunglasses with a short hairstyle. The teenager is known to frequent the Pembroke area and is light brown skinned, 5’5” tall, weighing around 186 pounds with black hair; she also has a muffler burn on her right leg above the ankle. Police are continuing to appeal for anyone with any information on the whereabouts of 16 year old Troylene Anderson to contact the Child Victims Unit on 295-0011.
