Assault

At 9:15pm on Sunday, Police attended a reported assault at a Loyalty Estate, Sandy's parish residence. Details about the incident are unclear at the moment; however, it appears that a dispute between two young men inside the home resulted in the victim, a 23 year old Sandy's parish man, being stabbed in the back five times. He was taken to KEMH for treatment of his injuries and was initially in the Intensive Care Unit before being flown overseas today for further treatment. The suspect, a 20 year old Sandy's parish man, was arrested at the residence, taken to Hamilton Police Station and detained. Inquiries are ongoing.

Missing Juveniles

The Bermuda Police Service is asking for the public's assistance in locating 13 year old Kayla DeSilva Roberts (below left) as well as Tyneika Bean (below right) and Seanae Smith (below centre), both 15 years old. The girls were all last seen at the Brangman Home on Middle Road, Smith's parish between 10:30pm and 11:15pm on Sunday wearing pajamas. Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of 13 year old Kayla DeSilva Roberts, 15 year old Tyneika Bean and 15 year old Seanae Smith is asked to contact the Juvenile & Domestic Crime Unit on 299-4477.

Weekend Activity

Over the weekend there were 2 people arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and 6 reported burglaries (1 in Devonshire, 3 in Pembroke, 1 in Paget and 1 in Sandy's parish). There were also 18 reported damage only road traffic collisions and 8 reported road traffic collisions resulting in injury.
