At last check the 29 year old Pembroke man seriously injured when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a rental cycle around 8:20pm Tuesday, October 8th on South Road in Paget remains in the Intensive Care Unit with internal injuries. The rider of the rental cycle, a 52 year old Warwick woman, suffered a broken wrist. Police are still appealing for the rider of a second motorcycle that was travelling west with the 29 year old Pembroke man at the time of the collision to contact police, as that rider is an important witness in this investigation.

Residential Burglaries in Warwick
The Bermuda Police Service is advising Warwick residents to remain vigilant after two burglaries and one attempted burglary were reported in the parish recently.
The unknown culprit or culprits stole a quantity of personal and electronic items as well as jewellery.
Members of the public are encouraged to report any suspicious activity occurring in their neighbourhoods to police directly on 295-0011.
Single Vehicle Collision in St. George’s
Around 7:55am on Tuesday, October 8th police and first responders attended a reported single vehicle collision on Great Bay Road in St. George’s.
It appears that a car being driven along Great Bay Road collided with a wall. The driver, a 30 year old St. George’s woman, sustained minor injuries. Two children were passengers in the vehicle at the time of the collision; one child also received minor injuries while the other was not injured. The car sustained extensive front end damage.
