Two Vehicle Collision in Paget

Around 7:55am on Wednesday, November 12th first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision on South Road in Paget, apparently between White Sands Road and Mission Road.
It appears that a car and a van collided while being driven in morning traffic along South Road. The van driver, a 47 year old Paget woman, was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for medical assessment as a precaution. She was later discharged.
Apparently there were significant traffic delays as a result of this collision. There were no other injuries reported; however both vehicles were damaged.
