Two Men Arrested After Reported Disturbance in Pembroke

Around 7:45am on Monday, March 24th first responders attended a reported disturbance in the vicinity of King Street and Reid Street in the City of Hamilton.

Details are limited at this time; however it appears that two men were involved in an altercation. Apparently both men sustained relatively minor injuries and were arrested at the scene.

Inquiries into this incident are ongoing and any witnesses that have not yet come forward are encouraged to contact the Hamilton Criminal Investigation Unit at 247-1744.

Reported Disturbance at ‘The Ice Queen’ in Paget

Around 4:15am on Saturday, March 22nd police officers attended a reported disturbance at ‘The Ice Queen’ in Paget.

It appears that two groups of men were involved in a brief altercation that ended prior to police arrival at the scene.

Weekend Police Activity

Over the weekend, police officers arrested one person on suspicion of impaired driving as the Selective Traffic Enforcement Programme (STEP) continues.

Officers also arrested 12 people for outstanding warrants and conducted liquor license checks at various liquor licensed premises throughout the island.
