It is a tradition of every Recruit Foundation Course to raise money in aid of a local charity. RFC #77 decided that the recipient of their generosity would be The Center Against Abuse. The group raised $1200.00 by completing a pedal bike relay across the island. Ms. Shiell, the Director for the Center Against Abuse was presented a cheque for that sum during the ceremony.
On behalf of the Acting Commissioner of Police Mr. Paul Wright and the Bermuda Police Service would like to congratulate our nine new constables.
