Police Appeal for Whereabouts of Stolen Barritt's Truck [Located]

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a red John Barritt’s truck bearing registration plate HC 169. This vehicle was apparently removed from outside Arnold’s Express on Front Street in the City of Hamilton earlier this afternoon and was last seen heading east, out of the city. Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of John Barritt’s truck HC 169 should contact the main police telephone number 295-0011 or the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers hotline 800-8477 at the earliest opportunity.
6:15pm Update: The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Barritt's truck HC 169, reported stolen around 2:45pm today from Front Street in the City of Hamilton. The truck was subsequently located by a member of the public in Southampton around 4:30pm and recovered by police. Inquiries regarding this incident are ongoing.
