Ongoing Witness Appeal: Uthmani Talbot Fatal Collision

The investigation into the fatal collision that occurred around 3:20am Saturday, November 30th on Harrington Sound Road in Smith’s parish near the junction with Harrington Hundreds Road which claimed the life of 24 year old Uthmani Talbot is ongoing.

The investigating officer is particularly interested in speaking with the driver of a car that stopped at the scene to assist those that initially provided first aid to the victim.

In addition, anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mr. Talbot in the hours prior to Saturday’s early morning fatal collision is encouraged to come forward.

Two Vehicle Collision in Devonshire

Around 6:30pm on Monday, December 2nd first responders attended a reported two vehicle collision on South Road in Devonshire near the junction with Brighton Hill Road.

It appears that a motorcycle was being ridden along South Road and a car was exiting the Ariel Sands property when the vehicles collided.

The injured motorcyclist, a 39 year old Sandys parish man, was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment.

At last check he was in stable condition on a general ward. There were no other injuries reported; however both vehicles were damaged.
