Two Vehicle Collision in Sandys Parish - Around 4:20pm on Tuesday, November 27th police and first responders attended a reported two vehicle collision on Middle Road in Sandys parish near the junction with Elm Lane. It appears that an auxiliary cycle was being ridden along Middle Road and a car was exiting the parking lot of an area business when the vehicles collided. As a result the auxiliary cycle rider, a 21 year old Sandys parish woman, sustained a leg injury. There were no other injuries reported. Inquiries into this collision are ongoing.
Inquiries Ongoing: Recovered Suspected Stolen Liquor
Detectives are continuing inquiries into bottles of suspected stolen wine and champagne – some of them reportedly valuable – which were recently recovered.
Anyone who may have had such bottles of liquor taken from their home or business lately and can identify them is encouraged to contact the Hamilton Criminal Investigation Unit on 247-1704 at the earliest opportunity.
