Missing Person Edwin Rhoda Located - The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating 73 year old Edwin Rhoda.
Officers found Mr. Rhoda at his residence this morning safe and well.
Two Vehicle Collision in Sandys Parish - Around 11am on Wednesday, May 15th police and first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision at the junction of Somerset Road and Cambridge Road in Sandys parish.
It appears that two male visitors on a rental cycle being ridden along Somerset Road were involved in a collision with a taxi being driven along the same road.
The rental cycle’s pillion passenger was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment.
At last check the victim, a 49 year old Chinese national, was being medically assessed. His injuries did not appear to be life threatening. There were no other injuries reported.
Traffic was temporarily diverted away from the scene but traffic flow in the area has since returned to normal. Inquiries into this collision are ongoing.
