Two Vehicle Collision - Around 6:25pm on Wednesday, January 9th police and first responders attended a reported two vehicle collision at the junction of St. David’s Road and Clarke’s Hill in St. George’s. It appears that a motorcycle was being ridden along St. David’s Road and a car was exiting Clarke’s Hill when the vehicles collided at the junction. The motorcycle rider, a 31 year old St. George’s man was injured, taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment and later released. There were no other injuries reported; however both vehicles were damaged. Inquiries into this collision are ongoing.
Reported Stolen Jet Ski
Police are currently conducting inquiries into a reported stolen jet ski. The red & black Sea-Doo jet ski and trailer were apparently removed from an open area near the Peugeot car show room on North Shore Road in Pembroke sometime before 6pm on Wednesday, January 9th 2013. Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of this jet ski registration number 13542 is encouraged to contact the main police number on 295-0011 at the earliest opportunity.
