Police can now confirm the death of 36 year old Warwick resident, Tomasz Tabor who died in a road traffic collision that took place on Crow Lane at 11:24pm on Wednesday night.
It appears Tomasz was traveling east on his motorcycle when he lost control of his cycle and collided into the bus shelter. Tomasz was taken to the hospital where he later was pronounced dead.
A Family Liaison Officer has been assigned to his local support system and his overseas family. This is the 4th road traffic fatality for 2014. PC Steven Paynter of the Roads Policing Unit is the lead investigator, he can be reached on 295-0011 or spaynter@bps.bm.
Any witnesses to this fatality or anyone who may have information to the last movements of Mr. Tabor prior to the collision is asked to contact police. The Bermuda Police Service would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
