Update: Reported Serious Collision in Devonshire - At last check the victim in Sunday night’s serious single vehicle motorcycle collision, now confirmed to be a 28 year old Smith’s parish woman, remains in critical condition at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
The collision occurred around 6:15pm Sunday, February 24th on North Shore Road in Devonshire near the junction with Barkers Hill.
Inquiries into this collision are ongoing and any witnesses are encouraged to contact PC Melesia Iris on 295-0011.
Weekend Police Activity
Over the weekend, police officers arrested four people on suspicion of impaired driving. Officers also arrested 22 people for outstanding warrants and conducted liquor license checks at various liquor licensed premises throughout the island.
