Car Collides With Utility Pole in Southampton

Around 4pm on Thursday, November 13th first responders were dispatched to a reported single vehicle collision on Middle Road in Southampton, near the junction with Granaway Lane.
It appears that a car being driven along Middle Road collided with a utility pole.
The driver, a 67 year old Warwick man, was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for medical assessment as a precaution. He was later discharged.
There were no other injuries reported; however the vehicle involved received extensive front end damage.
