In the early hours of this morning, Tuesday, December 9th, the Bermuda Police Service conducted high profile searches in connection with the recent murder of 29 year old Prince Edness.

As a result a 20 year old Southampton man is in police custody and another man is still being sought by police.

We would like to apologise to all the affected neighbourhoods that may have been inconvenienced as a result of our activity.

We would also like to thank members of the public who have worked with the police and encourage continued community assistance to bring the offenders to justice.
