Boat Recovered by Marine Police - At 2:14pm on Thursday, April 4th Marine Police were dispatched to the area of North Shore, Pembroke (off Grace Church) to a report of a boat in distress. Upon arrival it was confirmed that the 20 ft. vessel was approximately 200 meters from the shore and the operator of the vessel was clearly in distress due to heavy swells in the area and the vessel began to sink. The boat was secured and then assisted to Devonshire dock by Marine Police. The lone person onboard the vessel was unharmed.
