Northlands Primary School Incident Witness Appeal [Updated]

At 3:15 p.m., on Friday, December 2nd, 2022, police received a report of an incident at Northlands Primary School, Pembroke.

The caller stated he had parked his motorcycle in the school parking and was approached by the two males. An argument which ensued eventually became physical and resulted in a forty-two-year-old suffering a wound to the head as well as facial injuries.

He was transported by ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, where he received treatment for his injuries and was subsequently released.

The two suspects said to be twin brothers, left the area on foot, shortly after the incident. They are described as light complexioned, slim built, and approximately 5’ 10” tall. One of the suspects sports dreadlocks, the other had his hair braided.

At the time of the incident they were both dressed in grey hoodies, grey sweat pants and black neck scarves.

We are particularly interested in hearing from nearby residents who have CCTV cameras as they may have recorded the incident or footage of the suspects arriving at or leaving the scene.

Update: Tuesday, 6th DecemberTwo suspects have been arrested in connection with that assault which took place at the Northlands Primary School, last Friday.

The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) wishes to thank the public for their assistance leading to these arrests.

However, the BPS still wants to hear from anyone who may have information about the incident or who may have come to the assistance of the victim.

All incidents are under investigation.
