At 4:15pm on Wednesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Knapton Estates Road, Smith’s parish residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 12:40pm and 3:30pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home. The culprit stole several items of jewelry and a bottle of alcohol. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Police are continuing to urge residents to keep their homes secure by locking all doors and windows. Also, we would encourage the public to be vigilant for suspicious persons/activity in their area.
