Police can now confirm the death of 52 year old David Santucci of Southampton. David died as a result of a collision that took place at 11:55am today at the junction of Middle Road and Longford Road in Warwick. It appears that the deceased was riding his motorcycle in an easterly direction on Middle Road when he collided with a car traveling in the opposite direction and turning on to Longford Road. This resulted in the rider being catapulted into the air, landing in the eastern carriageway and becoming pinned under another car. David was eventually taken to KEMH via ambulance where he subsequently succumbed to his injuries. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact PC Shameen Iqbal at 295-0011.
