Advisory

The Bermuda Police Service is aware of an increasing amount of counterfeit Bermuda $50 bills in circulation on the island. The counterfeit currency currently in circulation should be easy to spot, as it is of poor quality and does not have any of the imbedded security features of the genuine currency. For more information on counterfeit currency, click here.

The Bermuda Police Service would also like to inform the public that we are currently conducting a Police motorcycle riding course. As part of the course, officers are testing their skills on the island’s roads, at times traveling at speed. The Police motorcyclists on the course are easily identifiable, and we would ask the motoring public for their co-operation during the officers' training.
