Attempted Breaking & Entering

At 12:55pm on Thursday, Police attended a reported attempted breaking and entering at a Tribe Road #1, Pembroke residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that earlier she heard a loud noise outside and went to investigate. She observed a man fleeing from outside a neighbour’s residence and alerted Police. The suspect, a 36 year old Pembroke man, was subsequently located at People’s Pharmacy on Victoria Street in Pembroke and arrested. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Breaking & Entering

At 10am on Thursday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a West Lane, St. George’s residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 4pm on Wednesday and 9:30am on Thursday, an unknown culprit gained entry into a storage shed on the property. The culprit stole 5 ceiling fans, 2 hand saws and 1 wooden love-seat. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
