Industrial Accident

At 7:25 this morning, Police received a report of an industrial accident at a Wellington Street, St. George's property. It appears that the victim, a 63 year old St. George's man, fell approximately 12 feet from a ladder to the ground, sustaining head injuries. He was rushed to KEMH via ambulance in an unresponsive state and subsequently pronounced dead at 8:20am by an on call physician at the hospital. No further information will be released until the next of kin is notified.

Breaking & Entering

At 6:30pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Two Way Mews, Pembroke residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 8:30am and 6:10pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her apartment. The culprit stole $80 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 5:40pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Paddock Lane, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between Saturday, March 11 and 11am on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 an unknown culprit gained entry into her home. The culprit stole approximately $300 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
