Burglary

At 12:30 this morning, Police received a report of a burglary at a Cherry Hill, Pembroke residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 8:30pm and 10pm on Monday, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home. The culprit stole $650 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Theft

Around 4:45pm on Monday, Police received a report of a theft. The complainant stated that sometime between 6pm on Thursday, May 25 and 9:30am on Friday, May 26, 2006 an unknown culprit stole his punt from the shore at Cavello Bay in Sandy's parish. The punt is described as an 8ft. white punt with blue interior. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 10:05am on Monday, Police attended a reported theft at a Paget construction site. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 5pm on Thursday, May 25 and 8:30am on Monday, May 29, 2006 an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry to the site and stole 5 reels of electrical wire (quite heavy). Inquiries into this incident are underway.
