Injury RTC

Around 11:40pm on Wednesday, Police attended a reported single vehicle road traffic collision resulting in injury on Middle Road in Smith's parish near the junction with Store Hill. It appears that a rental cycle was traveling east on Middle Road when the driver, a 56 year old man, lost control and collided with an embankment causing both he and his passenger, a 55 year old woman, to be thrown from the cycle. The couple, who are visitors to the island, were taken to KEMH for treatment of their injuries which are not believed to be life threatening. The 56 year old man apparently sustained a broken right arm and the 55 year old woman apparently sustained a broken left leg. Inquiries into this incident are underway. Police are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to contact PC David Harris on 295-0011.

CCTV

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the CCTV cameras on Court Street and Pitts Bay Road in Pembroke are not operational; however, technicians are working to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

Missing Juvenile - Found

The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their help in locating 16 year old Crystal Vigneri-Torak. She returned to her home at midnight today, safe and well.
