Burglary

Around 8:40pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported burglary at an Evans Bay Road, Southampton residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between Monday, November 6, 2006 and earlier that day (Tuesday, January 16, 2007) an unknown culprit gained entry into his home while he was overseas. The culprit stole a brown wallet containing approximately $200 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 10:45am on Tuesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Glebe Road , Pembroke business. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 5:30pm on Monday and 9:30am on Tuesday, an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into the cycle repair shop. The culprit(s) stole a black Honda Scoopy 50cc auxiliary cycle, a black Honda Scoopy 100cc motorcycle and a black 27" Toshiba TV. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 8:20am on Tuesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a North Shore Road, Devonshire premises. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 7am on Monday and 7am on Tuesday, an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into the warehouse. The culprit(s) stole several cases of electrical equipment. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Missing Juvenile

The Bermuda Police Service is continuing to ask for the public's assistance in locating 16 year old Rayshun Edwards of Pembroke. Edwards was last seen at his Euclid Avenue, Pembroke home on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at 7pm. He is described as dark brown skinned, 5'9" tall, weighing 140 pounds with black hair in a low afro. He was last seen wearing a long sleeved red & white striped shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers. Edwards is known to frequent the Somerset area and ride a black Honda Scoopy auxiliary cycle license #292 AF. Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of 16 year old Rayshun Edwards is asked to contact the Juvenile & Domestic Crime Unit on 299-4477 or the main Police number, 295-0011.
