Injury RTC - Around 4pm on Wednesday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on North Shore Road in Devonshire near the junction with Loyal Hill Road involving a taxi and a motorcycle. It appears that the motorcycle was traveling east on North Shore Road and the taxi was traveling in the opposite direction when the vehicles collided. The rider of the motorcycle, a 21 year old Hamilton parish man, sustained injuries to his head and broken ribs. He was taken to KEMH via ambulance for treatment. The driver of the taxi, a 52 year old Devonshire man, was not injured. Both vehicles were moderately damaged. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Found Property

The Bermuda Police Service would like to inform the public that a grey ‘Lenovo’ laptop computer in a grey bag was found by a member of the public near the bus lay-by on Mangrove Bay Road in Sandy’s parish at 7am today. We are encouraging anyone with any information about this item to contact the Somerset Police Station on 234-1010 so that it can be properly identified and returned to its rightful owner.
