Burglary

At 3:40 this morning, Police attended a reported burglary at a Bluff Lane, Pembroke residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that she was awoken around 3:30am by an unknown man in her room. She confronted the intruder and chased him out of the apartment, where he made good his escape on foot. The culprit stole a light blue 'Kipling' purse, a quantity of cash and personal items. The suspect is described as a dark brown skinned male, approximately 5'6" tall of slim build, wearing a green hooded sweat top and blue jeans. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 7pm on Monday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Secretary Lane, St. George's residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that they left their home around 7:55am and returned later in the day to discover that an unknown culprit had gained entry. The culprit stole a jewelry box containing a quantity of jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Theft

Around 9:35am on Monday, Police attended a reported theft from a Maritime Lane, Sandy's parish construction site. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 8pm on Saturday and 7am on Monday, an unknown culprit or culprits stole a quantity of tools from the premises. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
