At 11:20 this morning, Police attended a reported burglary at a Somerset Road, Sandy's parish residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 11am and 4pm on Thursday, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
At 3:20pm on Thursday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Paget guest property. On arrival officers spoke with a security officer for the premises who stated that sometime around 2:15pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into one of the rooms and stole a 42" flat screen TV. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
